On 19 November, we invite you to Kraków Story in the Wyspiański Pavilion for a Chlebowe Story – a workshop with Świeżo Upieczona. During the next meeting of the ‘Niedzielne Story’ series, you will explore the secrets of baking, try different types of bread and prepare homemade butter. You will also find out what the life of a baker is like. Agnieszka Sendor, the curator of the Taste section in Kraków Story, invites us to the workshop.

Aleksandra Krzemińska, the artisan bakery Świeżo Upieczona manager, will lead the workshop. During the meeting, she will tell us her inspiring story and talk about the different types of flour, the characteristics of the production process, the nutritional values of various breads, and the differences between artisan and industrially made bread.

Moreover, bread lovers and home bakers will make their butter and try vegetarian sandwiches with the products available at Kraków Story. The table will feature honey from the Morawski Apiary and jam from the Maurer Pressing Plant.

Each participant will receive bread, a jar of honey, a discount voucher to Świeżo Upieczona and sourdough as a gift. The bread workshop with Świeżo Upieczona will take place on 19 November, from 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. Tickets, priced at PLN 10, will be available at Kraków Story (Plac Wszystkich Świętych 2) from 7 November. The number of places is limited.

Agnieszka Sendor, the curator of the Taste section of Kraków Story, hosts the bread workshop. And all events at Kraków Story are invited by the City of Kraków and Kraków5020.
