New Hospitality strategic workshop

The meeting for all members of the Krakow Network will take place between 14:00 and 16:00 on Tuesday, 20.09.2022 in the ICE Krakow Congress Centre (Foyer 2). At the meeting, we will talk about new opportunities and plans regarding the development of the project.
On 27 September, you are cordially invited to the New Hospitality strategic workshop, a creative meeting at which we will work out practical ways to implement new hospitality in the daily activity being a part of the Krakow Network project. We will introduce the topic of new hospitality, learn about inspiring innovation labs and their functional model and, finally, we will develop a cohesive strategy for the attainment of jointly defined goals.
Some of the things we will ask you about include:
– what you expect and need from the Krakow Network in practice;
– which topics you consider important and would like to explore them with us in the future;
– how to cooperate to define standards effectively in the MICE sector and to create innovations.

We will answer the following questions:
– what is new hospitality?
– how is it manifested?
– how it translates into the experience of Krakow inhabitants, visitors and tourists,
– what technologies are behind the new hospitality.
New hospitality is our suggestion of a response to current needs.
We would like to invite you to cooperate. We can redefine the concept of hospitality together.
We have a common goal: to effectively strengthen the brand of Krakow as a European metropolis, open and tolerant, a city with the global cultural heritage, a thriving academic centre and an attractive destination for tourists and business.
